The Principals
Dale Paulson, Ph.D.
Dale Paulson founded Allegiance Research Group in
1987 in Alexandria, Virginia to specialize in research
for national and international organizations. He has now done research
for over 100 organizations. He is a world leader in
innovative research and has received several
trademarks for his unique methodologies. His company
provides many services including mail and Internet
surveys, market
segmentation, tag-line development, focus groups,
campaign research, and a test for workplace attitudes.
Dr. Paulson is also in demand as a speaker or seminar
leader and is a published writer. He is listed as a
speaker for the American Advertising Federation. He is
a member of
the Association for Consumer Research (a Division of
the American Psychological Association) and the
Society for Consumer Psychology.

Leah Baker, M.A.
Leah Baker is a Statistician who started her career
as a Survey Statistician with the U.S. Census Bureau
where she became Project Director of Criminal Justice
Surveys that were conducted for the U.S. Department of
Justice. She later worked as a Benefits Counselor for
the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs where she was
also Congressional Liaison part of each year. She
joined Allegiance Research Group in 1987 and
specializes in computer programming and data
analysis.
She provides the full range of services including
proposal writing, meeting clients, designing research
methodologies and sampling strategies, designing
survey questionnaires for mail or Internet, computer
programming for data entry and statistical crosstabs,
writing reports that include charts and graphs, and
presenting results.
Our Partners
Allegiance Research Group is a consultancy and has
partnered with two other companies for twenty years
for the printing and mailing of our surveys, and for
hosting our Internet surveys. They are so familiar
with our methods that we like to say they are on
auto-pilot and ready to go at any time.
